The Evolve Fund is proudly a level 1, 100% black owned, 51% black women owned and managed fund. The Fund contributes these ownership credentials to all underlying investments.
Our approach
One of the key differentiators of Evolve is our approach to investment horizon. Unlike traditional private equity funds, we don’t impose prescribed time limits on our investment horizon. Instead, we prioritize long-term value creation over short-term gains. Evolve is governed by a FSCA license and adheres to all policies set forth by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) and Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (BBEEE) codes.
